Subscription questions

Are coffee subscriptions worth it?

If you drink coffee regularly, yes. You get freshly roasted coffee on a schedule instead of running out or buying bags that have sat on a shop shelf, and every delivery costs less than buying the same coffee one off.

Which coffee should I choose?

Madrigal is round, chocolatey and familiar. El Tambo is brighter and fruitier. Luna Decaf is a smooth decaf with the same care and quality. Not sure? Start with Madrigal.

How often will my coffee arrive?

Every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, whichever suits you. As a rough guide, 250g suits lighter drinking and 1kg suits heavier drinkers or households.

Can I change my coffee or cancel?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account, and change your coffee or how often it arrives there too.

How much is delivery?

£3.95, free on orders over £50.

How fresh is it?

Freshly roasted before it reaches you, with the roast date printed on a card in every bag. Every delivery, not just the first.
